Deputy Commissioner of Police slumps, dies in his office in Abuja

DCP Abubakar Mohammed Guri, a deputy commissioner of police, is said to have fallen and passed away.

According to sources, the late DCP sagged on his office chair while wearing his uniform.

After being taken to the police headquarters' clinic for emergency care, it was determined that he had passed away.

The officer's death has not been officially explained; however, it was reported that upon reporting for duty, he appeared healthy and friendly, exchanging pleasantries with other cops and Mopol department officials.
