Senator Soji Akanbi's Wife, Folake Shares LIBRAGOLD Success Story At 21

The beautiful wife of Senator Ridwan Adesoji Akanbi, the senator representing Oyo South Senatorial district in the Upper Chamber, Chief (Mrs.) Folake Akanbi has shared the success story of her travel/tours company Libragold at 21.

Folake, while speaking at an event marking 21 anniversary of the company penultimate Sunday ago, precisely 28 October, 2018, ascribed Libragold's success to professionalism and excellent service delivery on which the company has been operation over the years.

“The core values on which the organization operates are Sincerity, Professionalism, Integrity, Consistency and Excellence in service delivery has contributed to what makes the brand, LIBRAGOLD. I sincerely thank my people who have contributed to our progress in sustaining our brand. My people are the members, staffs in my team and our customers who believe in us and our service delivery. At 21 years, the journey continues,” she stated.

Apart from the fact that the anniversary reception, held at the popular Mauve 21 Event Centre Near Adeoyo Junction in Ibadan was glamorous and celebrity-studded, the event also served as an avenue to reward some loyal customers of the company and presentation of Hajj certificates to 2017/2018 Hajj pilgrims.

Customer loyalty awards were presented to about 13 Awardees, notable among whom are Alhaji Umar Yahya of Associated Haulages, Mr. Saheed Alao of Blueprint Business Technologies, Late Alhaji Abdulazeez Arisekola Alao and a host of others who have contributed to the growth and strength of Libragold. 

The Guest Speaker at the event,  Dr. Mudashir Atanda Bada, a seasoned scholar, in his speech, enjoined all Muslims to emulate the Patience, Persistency, Consistency, Dedication, hard work and relationship with God, which are some of the qualities attributed to the CEO of Libragold Group, Mrs Zhikrah Afolake Akanbi and which the majority of the people who have contact with Libragold believe ia what the brand, Libragold is built on over the years.

PDP Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar Approves 33,000 Minimum Wage For Workers

Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party , Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has approved N33,000 as minimum wage for all staff in his conglomerate.
Mohammed El-Yakub, Managing Director of Gotel Communications, Atiku’s media outfit based in Yola, confirmed this to journalists on Thursday, saying “the N33,000 new salary scale, which takes effect from November 2018, includes domestic servants and all categories of workers on the former Vice Presidnet’s payroll.
El-Yakub said over 100,000 people are currently being paid on a monthly basis from the former Vice President.
Following the recommendation and denial of N30,000 as minimum wage by the tripartite committee set up by the Federal Government, Atiku had urged President Muhammadu Buhari to endorse the figure.
