T ungba/Gospel Maestro, Dr. Yinka Ayefele M.O.N, has recorded yet another great feat, as he launches new record label 'Ayefele Records'. Ayefele, on his arrival from Canada, where he had gone on holiday, two weeks ago, announced the motives behind his determination to float a new label. While speaking on the label, Ayefele said "today, we are witnessing a new history in Nigeria's Music Industry. Ayefele Records has been giving birth to and it has come to change the face of entertainment in Nigeria”.

The People’s Democratic Party has stated that the President, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan and the Chairman of the party, Alhaji Ahmadu Adamu Mu’azu are in very good terms contrary to insinuations that the relationship between the duo has gone frosty. This was made known by the National Publicity Secretary of the party, Olisa Metuh, on Monday. Below is the text of the statement:

40-Year-Old Man Arrested For Killing Five In Japan.

T atsuhiko Hirano, 40, has been arrested in connection with the stabbing attacks that led to the death of five people in the early hour of today in the western Japanese city of Somoto, Japan, on Awaji Island. Hirano, an unemployed man, who reports say live in the same neighbourhood with his father, attacked his victims on a farmstead this morning.

R ecall that the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces of Nigeria, President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan last week Friday, the 6 th of March, 2015, visited the Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuade, Olubuse 11, for his support in the coming rescheduled general elections. That was the second visit of Mr. President to the revered monarch in the recent time, in his bid to ganna more support from the South-West. During the visit, over fifty prominent monarchs in Osun State gathered, pointed their staff of offices at Jonathan and rained royal blessings on him, for his success in the coming elections.
