Seeing these pictures, one wouldn't but wonder what is happening at this age and time for a primary school within Ibadan, the capital city of Oyo State, not to have functional toilets for its pupils. This is the agony of young kids "the leaders of tomorrow" at the primary school behind K.S Motel, Total Garden, Oje-Igosun area of Ibadan.
