Sanwo-Olu appoints new Deputy Chief of Staff 13 days after Gboyega Soyannwo's death

The governor of Lagos state, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has named Sam Ebube as the new Deputy Chief of Staff.

This came following the death of former occupier of the post, Gboyega Soyannwo who passed away on Wednesday, 16 May, 2024. He was 55.

Special Adviser to Governor Sanwo-Olu on Media and Publicity, Gboyega Akosile confirmed the development in a post on his social media page.

Ebube, prior to the new appointment, was Commissioner of Budget and Economic Planning.
