Friday, 21st September, 2018, will remain a day to remember as the senator representing Oyo South Senatorial District, Senator Akanbi celebrated 25th birthday of his first son, Idris in style.
The exclusive dinner which was held at Chai Tang in Twin Waters, Lekki, had the youthful looking Senator Akanbi and his lovely wife, Chief Mrs Afolake Akanbi and some of their close associates in attendance, with the celebrator’s friends.
Idris, a UK trained Prince2 certified Engineer is a graduate of Civil Engineering from the prestigious University of Portsmouth, UK, and holds a master’s degree in Engineering Project Management from the University of Manchester, UK. Engr. Idris Akanbi currently works with CCECC, a Chinese Civil Engineering Company based in Abuja.
Just like his father, Idris is a brilliant engineer and a devout Muslim. Idris, we exclusively gathered, is pioneering an online startup to be unveiled soon. At the party, the Okanlomo of Ibadan land,
Senator Soji Akanbi, a proud father of 3 young men, described his son Idris as an upwardly emerging Engineer with the mind of an entrepreneur who is doing him and the family proud as a result of his resourcefulness and brilliance.
