In order to enhance its quality health service delivery, the University College Hospital, Ibadan (UCH), has concluded plans to acquire the latest Ultra Sound SONOCA 300 machine.
As part of efforts to procure the said machine, the Management recently organised an interface meeting between concerned Departments and a Team from PPC Limited who are the sole representatives of Philips, the international medical equipment providers.
The Hospital's Team was led by the Chief Medical Director, Prof. Temitope Alonge whilst Mr. Ayodele Kofoworola, General Manager led the PPC Systems Team.
The Hospital's Team was drawn from Surgery, Neurosurgery, Urology, Orthopaedic & Trauma, Radiology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Oral Maxillofacial.
According to Kofoworola, the ULTRA SOUND SONOCA 300 would revolutionised and simplified a lot of surgical procedures thus enhancing good medical service delivery to patients.
