How Ambode's Late S.A, Deji Tinubu Will Be Buried.

Details of the burial arrangement for the late special adviser on Commerce, Industry and Cooperative to the Lagos State governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, has been realised.

On Monday 29th January 2018, there would be a Service of Songs at the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), City of David, Victoria Island, Lagos by 5.00pm.

Lying-in-State follows on Tuesday 30th January, by 9.30am, at the same venue. After which, a Funeral Service will be held also at the Redeemed, City of David.

Interment follows immediately after the FuneralService at Vaults & Gardens, Ikoyi, Lagos.

Deji Tinubu, a former Chairman of Lagos State Sports Commission, slumped while playing five-a-side match with fellow participants at the retreat of members of the state executive council and permanent secretaries at the Jubilee Chalets, Epe.

Tinubu was sworn in as Special Adviser on Sports and Chairman of the State’s Sports Commission on October 19, 2015. Before this his new appointment as S.A.

The late Deji Tinubu was the son of late Kafaru Tinubu, one of Nigeria’s foremost police officers. He is survived by an aged mother, Bintu Tinubu and wife, Yemisi.
