"I Will Support The Youths In Fighting Against Injustice Of Any Kind"-Veteran Journalist, Areoye Oyebola.

One of the Nigeria's brilliant veteran media personalities, Chief Areoye Oyebola has called on Nigerian youths to be sensitive enough to happenings around them and take necessary actions towards nation building. Especially with the current challenges facing the country.

He disclosed this at the Oyo State Chapter of the Nigeria Union of Journalists-Press Centre, Iyaganku GRA, Ibadan, at the 50th Anniversary of Oloye Lekan Alabi's Civil Rights Activism.

In his remarks as the Chairman of the occasion, Chief Oyebola further explained the danger in it if the youths fail to construct themselves into  well-structured groups that will peacefully demonstrate in all cities, Federal, State and Local secretariats, to register their displeasure towards Nigerian rulers.

He also urged the youths to take full advantage of the internet media to achieve their aims. And therefore pledged to give his full support to stand up against injustice to humanity in the society.

"Today's youths should feel ashamed of themselves and should know that they are living worthless lives, meaningless existence if they fail to organise themselves to well-structured groups throughout the country. As well-organised groups, they should peacefully demonstrate in all the cities, visit the Presidency, Federal, States, and Local Government secretariat, loudly and intelligently expression their feelings to the Nigerian rulers that they are oppression and dehumanising their parents who though under hardship gave them education but are still facing the agony and despair of still feeding and clothing millions of their educated but jobless children."

Whose retired parents from Nigeria's Public Services are suffering from starvation, hunger, ill-health with many of them having met their untimely death because of months of unpaid pensions of 1e to 15 months as well as their working parents who are owed 6 to 7 months unpaid salaries should all feel seriously concerned.

These groups of youths should use the opportunity of internet by daily bombarding the President, Vice-President, Ministers, Senators, House of Representatives Members, Governor's, State Assembly Members and Local Government Chairmen about the intolerable frustration, anger and indecency of their parents and themselves in a country which is one of the richest on earth and which is flowing with milk and honey.

Unless the youths of Nigeria follow the type of initiative and positive action of Oloye Lekan Alabi by constructively, tirelessly, boldly and totally confronting our rulers about the monumental but self-made problems the country faces, the farther we go, the further will be the end of our journey remain out of sight. That is, if by chance it does not even disintegrate. In this regards, I offer myself and my two platforms, Movement For Nigeria's Total Transformation (MNTT) and Rescue Magazine to the youths for the gargantuan task ahea

Meet Ibadan's 10 Big Real Estate Players

The real estate sector in Oyo State, especially Ibadan, the capital city, is currently experiencing what could best be described as a mega boom. Thanks to the few investors who saw the vision years back and keyed into it by contributing their quotas to the development of the sector. Kudos also to the Governor Seyi Makinde-led administration in the state for creating an enabling environment (the successive governments couldn't be excused from the success story too). Not only has Makinde's administration created an enabling environment, it has introduced some investors-friendly policies, and as well undertook partnerships that had really helped in bringing about the unprecedented developments in the sector. This has also created room for options for those who are interested in both luxury and low cost estates. Its also explains reasons for the many real estate projects (both completed and ongoing) all over the place. There are developments and construction almost everywhere in Ib
