In addition to its previous discoveries, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has traced another property in Abuja worth #500 million to the many loots of the former Minister of Petroleum Resources Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke.
Bringing it to the total of approximately #4.8billion worth properties in Abuja alone to be forfeited to the government by Diezani.
This is while investigation is still ongoing on five choice properties said to be owned by the ex-Minister in Port Harcourt.
The Port Harcourt assets under investigations are said to be worth more than #3billion.
These discoveries are been made by the EFCC in conjunction with National Crime Agency in the United Kingdom. In what has been described by the Anti Graft Agency's officials as the last leg of Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke's investigation in connection with probe of about $10billion in both cash and properties said to have been looted by some former public office holders.
