Ibadan's Popular Broadcaster, Yemi Sonde Loses Mum.

One of the prominent broadcasters in Oyo State and the national President, Freelance & Independent Broadcasters Association of Nigeria (FIBAN), Yemi Sonde, is bereaved.

The seasoned broadcaster lost his mum, Mrs. Sonde, to the cold hands of death this morning, after a brief illness.

Mama would be buried later today at Yomi Sonde's resident in Akobo area of Ibadan. According to a statement sent to friends by Sonde, "I wish to inform you that my mother passed on to glory this morning. In line with her instruction before she passed on, burial will take place this afternoon at my house, Akobo, Ibadan. You are cordially invited to join me in bidding my loving mother 'GOODNITE'. Thanks."
