A Lagos Federal High Court, on Friday (today), strucked out an application tabled before it by the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki.
Saraki, who has 13-count-charge case hanging around his neck at the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT), had approached the court to stop his arrest, prosecution and trial in Abuja,
The embattled Senate President who is being tried for false asset declaration has tried to stall his trial before now but failed.
