The annual Osun number 1 beauty pageant is here again. This year edition (Queen Osun 2015) is slated for 24th April, 2015.
While sale of form for the interested participants has been on for some time now, at the designated areas like Slot System, U&I Audio-visual Studio, Lawler Makeover Studio, OSBC Marketing Department, NTA Osogbo Marketing Department. Shalewa Makeover, at #3,000 only. Screening date is 20th April, 2015 and camping of the contestants begin from 22nd April, 2015, all at the popular Heritage Hotel Hall, Ogo-Oluwa, Osogbo.
To be eligible to participate in this historic beauty pageant, intending candidates are expected to be a student in any of the Higher Institution in Nigeria. Must be between 18 and 26 and be able to speak English and Yoruba fluently. Must be tall by 5ft 7inches and above amongst other qualities.
Prizes to be won at this competition include trip to Dubai on community development, Blackberry Phone, Startimes Ambassadors and Decoders ,Electronics ,HIV/AIDs Project with O-Saca, Women Empowerment with Osun State Ministry of Women Affairs , Certificate as a queen and lots of fantastic consolation prizes to the 2nd runners up.
