Rivers Gov.'s Aide, Ibim Semenitari Debunks Her Boss' Car Accident Rumour.

The Honourable Commissioner for Information and Communication in Rivers State, Mrs. Ibim Semenitari has come out to debunks Gov. Chibuike Rotimi Ameachi's car accident rumour that has been spreading like wild fire on the social media.

The bad rumour was that Rotimi Ameachi and the honourable speaker of the state, Hon. Otelebe Amachree, were involved in a car accident.

Mrs. Semenitari, while speaking to journalists in Port Harcourt on Friday, said that government had received the rumours that Amaechi and the speaker Mr Otelebe Amachree, were involved in a ‘ghastly road accident.’

"I don’t know where the rumours are coming from. Amaechi has been in government house Port Harcourt, attending to his duties as governor of Rivers state.

“Nothing has happened to Governor Amaechi.

“Amaechi was not involved in a motor accident and the speaker is busy in his local government area campaigning.

“Nothing could be further from the truth and we use this opportunity to ask mischief makers to desist from such rumours,” she stated.
