CBN Dep. Gov., Bayo Adelabu's Love For Properties Revealed. Builds Mega Plaza In Ibadan.

The Deputy Governor, Corporate Services Directorate of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Bayo Adelabu is being described as a young corporate guy who is in love with choice properties in Ibadan.

Bayo Adelabu, the Executive Director/Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of First Bank of Nigeria Plc. (FBN), before his appointment at CBN, is said to be a man of many parts and of great vision, especially with interest in Hospitality and Real Estate.

Pointer to this fact is how he built what is today described as the best hotel (Bayse One Hotel) in Ibadan, few months after his appointment at CBN.

The hotel, which is strategically located at Akinola Maja Street, Jericho, Ibadan, is boast of state-of-the-art facilities that could be found in a 4-star hotel abroad.

But while some are still in amazement about the hotel project, Bayo Adelabu has moved to the next level, with his nearly completed mega plaza (Bayse One Checkmate Plaza).

The multi-million naira plaza is situated on the popular MKO Abiola Way (formerly Ring Road), at Adeoyo Junction, Ibadan.

Bayo Adelabu, grandson of the popular Ibadan late politician, Chief Adegoke Adelabu aka penkelemesi (Peculiar Mess), is no doubt the hottest young professional in Ibadan presently.
