Oyo Ex-Gov, Dr. Omololu Olunloyo's Family In Roforofo Fight. +Plus The Messy Details.

As you read this, family of the former governor of Oyo State, Dr. Victor Omololu Olunloyo are presently in what could be best described as a messy fight. The story flipped in at the early hour of yesterday when the ex-gov's daughter, Kemi Olunloyo took to the twitter, claiming to have taken dad hostage for planning to evict her, her sibling and the mother from their Molete home.

In her several tweets, Kemi claimed that Dr. Olunloyo was holding all the keys to the house including that of their light-generating set, thereby taken him hostage to get the keys from him.
About thirty minutes later, Kemi sent another tweets that she has been able to retrieve the keys from her father. She also accused her father's younger wife, Ronke Olunloyo of harbouring her father at the former's Felele home. She went further to say that Ronke has emptied her father's account and even abandoned him and went to Lagos, to enjoy herself. She also accused her of  being fetish and that she is the one who is taking her father to ritualists in Ijebu and Ibadan.
The roforofo fight however took a new dimension today as Kemi Olunloyo's father's younger wife, Ronke has replied her in an telephone interview with the City People online. In the interview, Ronke seriously lashed out
on Kemi and described her as an unserious fellow. "Kemi wants her father to pick up all her bills despite knowing he is ill. The reason why her father is angry with her is because she connived with her mother and they used some drugs on him, almost killed him and they stole his money he was meant to take abroad for his medical treatment. That’s the cause of this problem. It’s publicly known in Ibadan that their father had left them. If they had given him a 4th dose of the drug, her father would have been dead today. So the father refused to pick up the bill of the 51-year-old woman who has 3 children from 3 different men. All the other things, I don’t know about.
“You can go through some of her previous posts on her Facebook page and compare with the current one. There was a particular one she wrote on 27th September 2014 where she praised me to high heavens. She once wrote that her mother is involved in rituals which she saw with her own eyes. I am going to take her to court because I have no business with her. I just recently found her a job to occupy her so that she can make money and stop living off her father. She couldn’t live with her sister, they put them in an 8-bedroom house, they couldn’t live together there.
“Out of pity for her, she moved to her father’s house and yet she can’t live there. So what do we do? She couldn’t live in America or Canada, she was deported. Now because her father will not give her money, her father is the one involve in rituals. She is now in connivance with her mother to discredit their father. That’s their story. I have always tried to help her. I have no business with her life. I am living my own life quietly in my house.”
On Kemi’s allegation that Ronke Omololu-Olunloyo reportedly abandoned her father, she added that, “I am in Ibadan as I speak to you. My husband is right here with me. You can talk to him now if you want to. I never abandoned my husband. I went to Lagos for 3 days, on my husband’s permission, because I have property there. I have been back in Ibadan since then," she concluded.
Immediately Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo find that Ronce has responded on the issue, she took to the twitter again and revealed more damaging things about her father's younger wife, Ronke. In her tweets, Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo stated as follow.
"Friends in US and Canada are now asking me about blood rituals. This is when you bathe or drink human blood to benefit you. Ronke Shonaike and Alhaja Tejumola Olunloyo my grandmother were the main ritualists in the family along with aunts. These tweets are in response to her interview in @CityPeopleMagz. Ronke is my father’s concubine NOT wife! Pathetic LIAR.
“Ronke told @CityPeopleMagz my mom & I connived to poison my dad and stole his money. I have damaging audios. Ronke Shonaike calls herself Ronke Omololu Olunloyo. She is NOT legally married to my dad and has no marriage certificate. Ronke introduced my dad to #Ibefun and #Soka the ritualist den in Ijebu and Ibadan. The place they drink & bathe in blood.Ronke took my son to #Ibefun in the 90’s when he came for holidays with his cousin. My mom was mad calling us in the USA.While these kids were to vacation with their grandparents, they were taken to ritualists by my father and a concubine.”

Meet Ibadan's 10 Big Real Estate Players

The real estate sector in Oyo State, especially Ibadan, the capital city, is currently experiencing what could best be described as a mega boom. Thanks to the few investors who saw the vision years back and keyed into it by contributing their quotas to the development of the sector. Kudos also to the Governor Seyi Makinde-led administration in the state for creating an enabling environment (the successive governments couldn't be excused from the success story too). Not only has Makinde's administration created an enabling environment, it has introduced some investors-friendly policies, and as well undertook partnerships that had really helped in bringing about the unprecedented developments in the sector. This has also created room for options for those who are interested in both luxury and low cost estates. Its also explains reasons for the many real estate projects (both completed and ongoing) all over the place. There are developments and construction almost everywhere in Ib
