The former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Chief Godsday Orubebe, has pleaded not guilty to all count charges levelled against him at the Code of Conduct Tribunal.
Orubebe, after all the charges was read to him, pleaded "not guilty at all" to all and also denied the allegation that he collected kick-backs from a contractor named Pastor Jonathan.
For inability of the prosecution lawyer to produce his witnesses however, Chairman of the Tribunal, Danladi Umar, adjourned the trial till November 26.
