Eid-el-Kabir: Akande-Sadipe Preaches Hope & Trust

Member Representing Oluyole Federal Constituency and Chairperson, House Committee on Diaspora Affairs, Hon. Tolulope Akande-Sadipe has urged Nigerians to emulate Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him), by imbibing the spirit of love, peace, kindness, and sacrifice during Sallah and afterwards. Eid-el-Kabir: Makinde Congratulates Muslims, Preaches Love, Sacrifice

Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde, has felicitated the Muslim  Ummah in the State and across the world on the occasion of the Eid-il-Kabir celebration, admonishing them to continue to keep adhering to the teachings of love, sacrifice and perseverance, which the  festival exemplifies. World Day Against Trafficking: Lawmaker Akande-Sadipe Seeks Partnership with Governors' Wives, Stakeholders

Federal House of Representatives Committee on Diaspora Affairs, says effective partnership of all tiers of governments, especially Wives of State Governors and other relevant stakeholders will enhance Nigeria’s fight against human trafficking in the country. Awotan Dumpsite: Consultant Applauds Makinde's Plan To Tap Into Renewable Energy

Environmental Consultant and CEO, Macpresse West Africa Limited, Mr. Idowu Salawu has commended plans by the Oyo State Government to tap into renewable energy sources, such that it will come from utilization of land fill gas from Awotan dumpsite. NDDC Fraud: Akpabio Releases Names of Lawmakers Involved

Responding to the 48 hours ultimatum given him by Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila-led House of Representatives, the former governor of Akwa Ibom State and the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Godswill Akpabio has released the list of lawmakers involved in the alleged fraud in the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).    This is sequel to the letter Akpabio had earlier sent to the National Assembly that, he did not accuse the lawmakers of receiving 60 percent of the contracts at NDDC.
