Merit, magnificence and vibrancy were on Saturday rewarded by the Sultan Bello Hall of the University of Ibadan as the Publisher of  Parrot Xtra Magazine, Olayinka Agboola and a number of other individuals were rewarded for their contributions to the  development of Nigeria. 

A prominent veteran comedian/actor Pa Moses Adejumo aka Baba Sala Is dead.  Baba Sala, we exclusively gathered, died in the evening of Sunday 7 October, 2018, in his hometown, Ilesha. He died at the age of 82.   The news of his demise was confirmed by one of his sons, Emmanuel Adejumo, this morning. Recall that Baba Sala had been severally rumoured to be dead in the recent past. Baba Sala must have died as a result of his long battle with stroke.  There was a time he had to cry out for financial assistance to enabling him access proper health care.  He will be remembered for his craftsmanship in the country's entertainment industry.   Baba Sala was many things rolled into one in his active years; he was a singer, an actor, comedian and a producer.
