Osun State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has lauded the decision of the Appeal Court, Abuja for coming out clean on the eligibility case that was filed against the party's candidate, Senator Nurudeen Ademola Adeleke by some members of the ruling party, APC and its collaborators in various courts. The State Chairman  of the party, Hon Olasoji Adagunodo in a release made available to news men  on Thursday, May 30th, 2019 said that, "it was a moment of joy and delight to all Nigerians, not only for Osun State people but for all who witnessed how the Osun State governorship election was manipulated by the powers that be on September, 22nd, 2018." While many political bigwigs in Oyo State and across the South West, especially the PDP stalwarts, yesterday, were present at Obafemi Awolowo Stadium (formerly Liberty Stadium, venue of inauguration ceremony of Engr. Seyi Makinde as the executive governor of the state, one man who was conspicuously absent is the former Governor, Senator Rashidi Ladoja.
