Osun Top Politician, Wole Oke To Battle APC Candidate For Obokun/Oriade Reps Seat
One election that it is believed to be very keen contest in Osun in the coming elections is Obokun/Oriade Federal Constituency House of Reps.
Wole Oke, the former honourable representing the zone and candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), sets to battle the current honourable, Nathaniel Agunbiade from the All Progressive Party (APC) for the seat.
Political watchers in the state have opined that it will not be a smooth run for the incumbent honourable as Wole Oke is a strong politician to beat in election.
Having served in that capacity and performed remarkably well, Wole Oke stands a bright chance in the race. He is a grass root politician and in tuned with people of his constituency.
His achievement in office as an honourable and Chairman, House Committee on Defence between 2003-2011, were overwhelming according to what we have gathered
He was said to have empowered people from his community at all level. He facilitated Navy Games Village to Esa-Oke and Air force School at Ipetu-Ijesha.
Wole Oke constructed set of classrooms in many public schools. Another political school of thought say Wole Oke is ready to put all in the election to avail him an opportunity of becoming Speaker of House of Reps.
