Osun 2018: Ife Prince, Biodun Adeogun Emerges Adeleke's Running Mate.

Hon Albert Abiodun Adeogun, an Ife Prince and the Honourable representing Ife Central/East/North/South in the House of Representatives has been picked as Osun PDP governohip candidate, Senator Demola Adeleke's Deputy in the coming September 22nd elections. 

Hon Albert Abiodun Adeogun hails from Ile-Ife and was born into the family of Prince Isaac Oyewole Adeogun (of Olodo Compound, Ogboru Royal House of Ile-Ife) and Princess Ofobutu Ijaoja  (of Ooni Ilare Compound, Ogboru Royal House of Ile-Ife). 

He attended Saint. John’s Primary School between  1952-1958. He attended Ife-Oluwa Co-educational Grammar School in Osogbo, Osun State and finished with Grade 2 in 1968. 

He was employed as a Clerical Officer in the Federal Ministry of Information, Lagos in 1969. Between 1969 and 1976, through  private studies including  acquisition of Advance Level papers and Certificate in Accounting, he rose to the position of Executive Officer Accounts (EO). 

In 1980, he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Ibadan and an M.Sc in Political Science from the same University in October, 1984. 

He furthered his studies and acquired LL.B Degree from the University of Ibadan in 1988 and proceeded to Nigerian Law School for the BL. In 1989.

Hon Albert Abiodun Adeogun served his fatherland  in 1980. His primary Place of Assignment (PPA) was Lagos Secondary School, Oshodi. He did his passing out from NYSC in 1981. 
Hon Albert Abiodun Adeogun was employed as a  Superintendent of Customs in 1081 and rose to the post of Comptroller of Customs in 2003. In 2005, he disengaged from Customs Service to join partisan politics. 
Hon Albert Abiodun Adeogun is currently a serving House of Representatives Member, who was voted in 2015 to represent Ife Federal Constituency. 
He holds a Honorary Degree of Ph.D in Humanities bestowed on him by Saint Thomas , a Becket University, Canterbury, England  on 4th September, 2005. He has many honours to his credit while in Customs. 
He is a member of the International Association of Political Scientists and the Nigerian Bar Association. He was recently appointed the Patron of Ile-Ife Bar Association. He is also a title holder of OKANLOMO  of  Ipetumodu land. 

Hon Albert Abiodun Adeogun is  a devout Christian of Anglican extraction and happily married with children and Grand Children.
