Controversy Trails Senator Demola Adeleke's Dancing Habit.

If there is one man whose story has become a hot topic on social media in recent time then it should be the newly elected senator for Osun West Senatorial District and the younger brother of late Senator Isiaka Adeleke (Serubawon), Demola Adeleke.

He contested under the umbrella of PDP and defeated APC's candidate, Senator Hussain Mudashiru with a reasonable margin in the bye-election for the zone.

His victory, however, is not the major gist here but his dancing habit which is generating a lot of controversies (though he is known to be somebody who likes dancing long before now). Even before the election a lot was said about Demola Adeleke's seriousness including some video clips that were uploaded online, particularly the he was seen dancing with his daughter.

The issue has become a serious topic of discussion not only on social media but also within the political class, as another clip tagged "victory dance" surfaced.

While some see noting wrong in Adeeleke's display of his dancing skill, some are of the strong opinion that this will send a bad signal to the society as per his commitment/seriousness to the new responsibility he's been given, as senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, whose duty is to give his people a good representation at the senate.

People are keenly watching whether Demola Adeleke will cut down this his dancing habit or not, now that he is a serving senator.

The real estate sector in Oyo State, especially Ibadan, the capital city, is currently experiencing what could best be described as a mega boom. Thanks to the few investors who saw the vision years back and keyed into it by contributing their quotas to the development of the sector. Kudos also to the Governor Seyi Makinde-led administration in the state for creating an enabling environment (the successive governments couldn't be excused from the success story too). Not only has Makinde's administration created an enabling environment, it has introduced some investors-friendly policies, and as well undertook partnerships that had really helped in bringing about the unprecedented developments in the sector. Its also explains reasons for the many real estate projects (both completed and ongoing) all over the place. There are developments and construction almost everywhere in Ib
