Unknown Disease Kills 12 In Ode Irele, Ondo State.

A town, Ode Irele, in Irele Local Government, Ondo State, has reported to have been hit by an unknown epidemics, which is said to have killed not less than twelve persons within few hours.

All the victims of the disease was said to have experienced severe headache and lost of sight before dying. The symptoms which, according to reports, are quite different from that of the deadly Ebola Virus Disease, which include vomiting, diarrhoea, loss of weight etc.

As it was however reported in the newspapers today, samples taken from the victims have be sent to Lagos for proper examination, to ascertain the cause of the disease.

The Federal Ministry of Health as well as World Health Organisation (WHO) and United Nation (UN) have been contacted, to stop the bad disease from being spread. And Ondo State Government is said to be on top of the situation.
