Era Of Defection In Oyo PDP, As Folake Olunloyo, Tayo Sarumi & Co Moved To APC.

Since result of the presidential election held March 28, 2015, where Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (Rtd) of the All Progressive Congress (APC) declared as the winner by the INEC, it has been defection galore for some desperate politicians and Oyo State is not an exception.

Part of those who have defected from Oyo PDP to APC include Hon. Folake Olunloyo, who contested the Ibadan North West/ South West Federal Constituency, under PDP in the last national assembly election.

Also, a former member of House of Reps from the state, Hon. Tayo Sarumi alongside his supporters joined APC. Sarumi, was formerly in PDP before he moved to Accord and now in APC.

One of top mobilizers in Oyo PDP, Hon. Kehinde Olaosebikan, former care-taker Chairman, Oluyole Local Government, has also defeated to Accord.
