Suit Against Buhari's Eligibility Adjourned Till After General Elections.

The eligibility suit instituted by a group of lawyers against the Presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress(APC), General Muhammadu Buhari, ahead of the coming presidential election, has been postponed.

Justice Adeniyi Ademola of the Abuja High Court this morning again adjourned the case, which was to be heard yesterday March 24th, 2015 but adjourned till today, to April 22nd, 2015.

Ademola shortly before making this disclosure, had earlier dismissed applications of two parties to join the suit as defendants.
